Graeme Payne has more than 35 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, and security across the consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and insurance industries. He has held leadership positions and led teams in the design and implementation of information security programs for Fortune 500 companies. He is a founding partner of TBDCyber.​

Graeme has developed and presented business cases for investment in security and risk programs. He has regularly presented to Senior Leadership Teams and Board of Directors on risk and security. ​

Graeme has extensive experience managing through a major data breach, including the initial response, public notification, and remediation. He has testified to Congress and regulators on the breach.​

Graeme holds numerous information security certifications. He regularly speaks on cybersecurity topics. He is the author of the book “The New Era of Cybersecurity Breaches: A Case Study and Lessons Learned” and "The Human Error: Why cybersecurity failures are never just a technology problem and what leaders must do about it.

Graeme serves on the Executive Committee and Board of the Atlanta Area Council of Scouting America, chairs the Scouting America Technology Advisory Committee, and serves on the Advisory Board of Abluva, a data security company.
