Bobby Hall is a seasoned cybersecurity and operations leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations scale securely and efficiently. As Executive Director of Operations at TBDCyber, he oversees service delivery and business operations, ensuring the firm’s solutions are executed with consistency, quality, and strategic impact. He works closely with clients and internal teams to build repeatable processes, optimize performance, and enable sustainable growth.

Prior to joining TBDCyber, Bobby served as Chief of Staff and Head of Global Operations at a global cybersecurity company, where he partnered closely with the CEO and executive team to advance strategic priorities and streamline global service delivery. He played a central role in aligning business operations with financial objectives, enhancing executive decision-making, and supporting sustained growth across multiple business lines. During his tenure, he also served as Interim General Manager and Interim Advisory Leader, stepping in to provide leadership continuity and operational oversight during key transitions.

Earlier in his career, Bobby spent over a decade at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, where he led multimillion-dollar cybersecurity and electronic warfare programs for U.S. government agencies. His portfolio included managing more than $100M in applied research projects and directing large, matrixed teams focused on advanced technology development and mission-critical program delivery.

Bobby holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
