He has successfully led cybersecurity maturity assessments, secure system development practices, and risk management initiatives for major oil and gas, retail, financial, and insurance clients.

 

Before stepping into his current role as Director at TBDCyber, Bahaa was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where he oversaw transformative projects that strengthened compliance and security for global enterprises.

 

His leadership encompasses driving secure software development practices and application security initiatives, implementing Secure SDLC frameworks to ensure resilient application environments. Additionally, Bahaa has led the integration of GenAI security measures to protect advanced AI-driven systems and applications.

 

Bahaa holds CISSP and GSEC certifications, underscoring his commitment to cybersecurity excellence. He is proficient in security frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and HIPAA, and is skilled with tools such as Nessus and Qualys. Bahaa earned his B.S. in Information Science and Technology from Temple University.
