Graeme Payne has more than 35 years of IT audit, technology risk, and security experience working in the consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and insurance industries. He has held leadership positions and led teams in the design and implementation information security programs for Fortune 500 companies. Graeme has developed and presented business cases for investment in security and risk programs. He has regularly presented to Senior Leadership Teams and Board of Directors on risk and security. Graeme has extensive experience of managing through a major data breach, including the initial response, public notification and remediation. He has testified to Congress and regulators on the breach. Graeme holds numerous information security certifications. He is a regular speaker on cybersecurity topics. He is the author of the book “The New Era of Cybersecurity Breaches: A Case Study and Lessons Learned” and writes articles on cybersecurity topics. Graeme serves on the Executive Committee and Board for the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and on the Advisory Board of Abluva – a data security company.

Joe is a senior Cyber Security and Risk Management professional with over 30 years of experience in Government, Financial, Energy, Manufacturing, IT, Military, Legal and Security Consulting industries. Joe's focus area of security include Governance Risk and Compliance including the hands-on implementation of business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, risk management, vulnerability management and security metrics plans and programs. Joe has extensive project management, delivery, business development and mentoring experience, leveraging his roles as a CISO, Director of Security and Principal Security Consultant. He has successfully helped organizations become compliant with standards such as ISO 27001, FISMA, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, DIACAP and DIARMF/RMF. In his spare time he volunteers as the President of the "Friends of Mueller State Park" and is on the Advisory Board for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business.

He has experience in financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, SLED, and technology through industry and consulting positions. Recently, Zach has focused on helping clients maximize value from the M365 security investments, especially in the data security, access governance, and privacy spaces. He has also led successful initiatives using best-in-breed security solutions across the SASE, DLP, and DSPM verticals. Kyle Shubin is an experienced security professional with over 10 years in IT and Security. Throughout his career, he has taken on various roles, including Senior Manager, Cyber Defense Engineer, and Security Engineer. Kyle has experience in both leadership and individual contributor positions, demonstrating flexibility in his professional roles. Kyle has worked across diverse industries, including automotive, utilities, financial services, aerospace engineering, and consulting. His roles in these industries have given him exposure to different corporate environments and security challenges. Kyle's work mainly revolves around Incident Response and Digital Forensics, with significant involvement in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations Engineering, Monitoring Analysis, and Penetration Testing. Helen Ramaglia manages the operations of TBDCyber including marketing, financial operations, human resources and office administration. Helen has over 30 years of experience in marketing, executive support, process improvement and project management. She has worked in large and small businesses including a large regional bank. Helen has built green field human resource onboarding, contracting job management, and customer relationship marketing processes for companies, including the onboarding and integration of several software systems. Helen is founder and executive director of fostering superstars – a 501(c)(3) organization focused on celebrating the life, dreams, and birthday wishes of foster children who wouldn't otherwise be celebrated.
